In the event of a flight delay, it is the responsibility of the customer to inform ReliableTravels as soon as possible. This can be done via our online platform, customer service hotline, or through direct communication with your assigned driver.

ReliableTravels provides a complimentary waiting period of up to 60 minutes from the original scheduled arrival time. If the delay exceeds this time, additional waiting time fees may apply. The fees will be calculated based on our standard hourly rate and will be added to your final bill.

If a flight delay results in the cancellation of your booking, ReliableTravels' standard cancellation policy will apply. Customers may be eligible for a partial or full refund depending on the timing of the cancellation and the specific circumstances.

ReliableTravels is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or airport closures. In such cases, ReliableTravels will work with customers to reschedule services where possible but cannot guarantee availability.

ReliableTravels shall not be held liable for any additional costs incurred by the customer due to flight delays, including but not limited to missed connections, hotel bookings, or other travel arrangements.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all flight details provided to ReliableTravels are accurate. Any changes to flight schedules should be communicated immediately to avoid disruptions in service.

Customers may request multiple drop-off locations within a single booking. This request should be made at the time of booking to ensure proper route planning and fare calculation.

Surge charges may apply during periods of high demand, such as peak travel times, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances that increase the need for transportation services.

ReliableTravels reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes that may affect their booking.
